Today, however, it is a modern 12,000 sf two-story structure of concrete slab construction with 800 sf office pods and one 2000 sf open area that could be converted to smaller offices. This building was completely renovated two years ago to include modern network wiring, independently controlled HVAC and new lighting in all rooms.
The entire second floor is presently available. The 6000 square foot floor area is divided into 800 sf office environments and also contains a 2000 square foot area that could be subdivided into four 400 square foot offices (with a hallway).Configurations of many sizes would be possible. A new wheelchair lift has been installed.
